Nasıl silme talep edilir?
- Hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden mgulbaz@gmail.com adresine (ya da destek@mytourneys.com) "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Uygulamada Hesap → Hesabımı sil menüsü bu e-postayı sizin için hazırlar.
- Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için talebin hesabınızdaki e-posta adresinden gelmesi yeterlidir; başka bir adresten yazarsanız size doğrulama e-postası göndeririz.
- Hesabınızı ve aşağıdaki verileri en geç 30 gün içinde siler, işlem bitince size e-postayla bildiririz.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, ad (verdiyseniz), giriş bilgileri
- Favori turnuvalarınız ve tercihleriniz
- Üyelik başvurularınız ve site içi kullanım istatistikleri (görüntülenen bölümler ve süreler)
- KVKK onay kayıtları, yasal saklama süresi gerektirmeyen kısmıyla
Saklanabilecek veriler
- Ödeme ve fatura kayıtları: vergi mevzuatı gereği yasal süre boyunca (Türkiye'de 10 yıla kadar) saklanır. Kart bilgileriniz bizde hiç tutulmaz; ödemeler Stripe tarafından alınır ve Stripe'ın kendi saklama kurallarına tabidir.
- Yedekler: silinen veriler sistem yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden düşer.
Hesabınızı silmeden yalnızca bazı verilerin (ör. favoriler) silinmesini de aynı adresten isteyebilirsiniz. Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa silmeden önce iptal etmenizi öneririz; ayrıntılar için İade ve İptal Politikası.

Deleting your account and data

How to request deletion
- From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to mgulbaz@gmail.com (or destek@mytourneys.com). In the app, Account → Delete my account prepares this email for you.
- A request sent from your account's email address is enough to verify your identity; if you write from another address, we will send you a confirmation email.
- We delete your account and the data below within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
Data we delete
- Account details: email address, name (if provided), sign-in data
- Your favourite tournaments and preferences
- Membership requests and in-site usage statistics (sections viewed and time spent)
- Privacy consent records, except where the law requires us to keep them
Data we may keep
- Payment and invoice records: kept for the period required by tax law (up to 10 years in Turkey). We never store your card details; payments are processed by Stripe under its own retention rules.
- Backups: deleted data drops out of system backups automatically within 30 days.
You can also ask us to delete only some of your data (for example your favourites) without deleting your account. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
